Benefactor: The structure was donated in full by Manny Sy, President of New Golden City Builders, to honor his father, Benito Sy. 

Capacity: It is a two-level facility designed to seat 300 to 400 people.

Stage Type: It features a proscenium stage, which utilizes a structural arch to separate the stage performance area from the audience.

Architectural Design: The building was designed by the local firm Espina, Perez-Espina, and Associates.
