Non-major students will be: (a) under the Office of the University Registrar (OUR); (b) advised by college Secretaries for the OUR and (c) assessed and counselled by the Office of Counselling and Guidance. Students can be non-majors only for one year during which time they are expected to seek re-admission. Units earned as a non-major can be credited towards the new degree program.

Non-Majors are students dismissed from their respective colleges for failure to meet retention requirements (including grade point average or number of units passed)
