A student who:
- Wants to take courses outside the curriculum for enrichment only, and not for purposes of shifting.
- Is graduating / cannot take any other course because of curriculum restriction (most applicable to shiftees).
- Was in good academic standing (no academic delinquency) the previous semester.
The student must ensure that their permit to take courses outside the curriculum is endorsed by their registration adviser, and approved by the College Secretary before locking their enlistment.
