WHEN SHOULD I CONTACT MY ADVISER?
Advising / emailing your advisers should only be done during operational hours 8AM-5PM on 3-5 February (for pre-advising) and 8-10 February (for late advising only).
WHAT IF I MISSED THE PRE-ADVISING? (3-5 February 2021)
Students who missed the pre-advising or wish to consult with their advisers again may do so by appointment on 8-10 February, depending on their registration priority
LATE ADVISING
1. Email your assigned adviser to request to be advised
2. Set an appointment (if through call/Zoom) *Please only request for advising on your day of registration (8 February 2021 is only for priority students)
● All students of UPCA are required to be advised before enlisting or prerogging in any class.
● However, students may sign up for online GE or elective waitlists before advising but may be required by their adviser to cancel their slots from these waitlists or from classes granted from these waitlists after advising
● 5th year students that are not tagged as Graduating will not be able to enlist in any class on the first day. Graduating students that have not been tagged as Graduating on CRS should email the UPCA admin (upca.studentconcerns.upd@up.edu.ph) to have themselves tagged

HOW DO I CHANGE A CLASS THAT WAS ADVISED TO ME?
Only your adviser is authorized to enact changes on your advised classes. Please send them an email to request for changing an advised subject.
Note that any deviations from advised and enlisted classes must be approved by your adviser during post-advising.
